At the Staffing Unit, we work to ensure quality, coordinate, and streamline substitute management within the Health and Care Administration. Our mission is to relieve operations regarding temporary staffing solutions. We drive work with organizational development to achieve efficiency and keep track of our surroundings regarding temporary staffing solutions. The unit is divided into three teams focusing on home care, disabilities, and care homes with short-term accommodations. The teams consist of 12 people - 2 unit managers, 7 staffing assistants, and 3 administrators.
The office is located in Värjan, centrally at Alva Myrdals gata 5, near the train station.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
You will support and be responsible for all hourly employed substitutes within the area of Home Care, which consists of approximately 300 employees. You will be responsible for personnel, work environment, and salary setting. You will ensure the supply of substitutes and be responsible for substitute allocation, recruitment, and summer recruitment within the area. Your role also includes driving organizational development, efficiencies, and being involved in attracting and retaining competent staff. You will work with ordering managers within the operational area you support. Since the role is new, you have a great opportunity to influence and develop your work while also collaborating and working closely with your managerial colleagues.
QUALIFICATIONS
You have a post-secondary or higher education in a relevant field and experience working as a manager with personnel and work environment responsibility. Experience in staffing, volume staffing, and volume recruitment in the public sector or another larger organization is an advantage. You should have experience with substitute management systems such as Time Care Planning and Time Care Pool. You have excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as very good IT skills. As a person, you are resilient and self-assured. You are used to making decisions and trust your abilities. Keeping multiple parallel processes running simultaneously is something you enjoy; you have good structure and are clear in your communication.
